5STOM Method Weekend Workshop*

Upcoming Dates:

* For each Weekend Workshop, the classes are held in-person on Saturday and Sunday, followed by an additional 2-hour teleconference call on Monday evening (12 hours total).

DAY 1:  Introduction and Steps 1-3 of the 5STOM Method
10:00am to 4:00pm (Saturday, in person)

You will begin with learning and practicing the first three Steps, allowing you to identify negative emotions, desires and needs, contributing frustration, and reactionary patterns… the foundation of the Vicious Cycle that generates emotional overwhelm.

DAY 2:  Steps 4-5 of the 5STOM Method
12:00pm to 4:00pm (Sunday, in person)

In Steps 4 and 5, you will learn tools and techniques for “reparenting” your reactions and incorporating the positive feelings that return breadth and stability to your emotional state of being.

DAY 3: Putting it all together
6:00pm to 8:00pm (Monday, online Zoom call)

In this guided practice session, you will practice using the 5STOM Steps together with the 5STOM Map, integrating and reinforcing the material from the previous two days and helping you develop your own sense of mastery with the Method.
